1939 The year of birth VN Furman, of course, the happiest year for all parents awaiting the birth of a child. The parents of Seva, who was lucky to be born in such a wonderful and beautiful city, are not an exception ... Without losing time, Vsevolod Naumovich like the real Odessan, from the first days, along with his mother's milk, absorbed all the flavor of unique Odessa.
Alas, in 1941 the war came to Odessa, still not understanding what kind of destruction it would bring, Vsevolod Naumovich, being a child who was barely two years old, looking at the fussing around, frightened adults, including his The Revolution, Civil and pogroms ...), was forced to urgently leave his Home House and the City. Together with his parents, he was evacuated to Omsk. There he spent four long years, until April 10, 1944, the spacecraft did not liberate occupied Odessa and the war finally ended, the family was able to return to their native lands only in the autumn of 1945, after the demobilization of his father.
1946. As it should be, being the son of a talented violinist and music teacher, of course, enters the school. P.S. Stolyarsky's class is the violin, where, along with music education, he also receives the general education of the primary classes.
1950-57 - After graduating from elementary school. P. Stolyarsky, goes into basic school №117, graduated, received a full secondary education.
1957-59 - Studying in the road technical school and the passion for weightlifting, which later develops into a love of sport and professional activities in the face of a sports journalist.
1960-63 - Service in the ranks of the Soviet Army. In 1961 he graduated from the course of military training at the military unit in the specialty - mechanic for aviation instruments. After training, undertaking with all his characteristic perseverance for army life and taking part in army competitions in power disciplines, he passes a number of standards for - I grade, and also he is awarded the title of sports judge of the 3rd category ...
1963 - After serving as an emergency service in the ranks of the SA and demobilizing, having settled in the specialty, a mechanical engineer at the Odessa "Plant of Spare Parts" *, in parallel enters the correspondence course at the Odessa National Polytechnic Institute.
1964 -1973 Taking an active part in the modernization of the production of the shop and putting forward rationalization ideas, he repeatedly takes part in the Exhibition of Economic Achievements of the USSR, representing his own company. In 1967, he became the head of BRIZti (Bureau of Development Proposals and Inventions). Already in 1968, in collaboration with other employees, receives a "certificate for a RATIONALIZED OFFER"
1969 - Sports articles, comments and love for the sport turns into a new hobby - Olympic and sports philately. Being a single-minded person, he creates an exhibit in just two years and prepares for the All-Union Philatelic Exhibition in Moscow. In the same year he entered the Odessa Public Institute of Patent Science (OOIP), having finished it perfectly and received a diploma in 1971.
1971 - For the first time he takes part in the All-Union Philatelic Exhibition dedicated to the 5th Spartakiad of the Peoples of the USSR in Moscow with the exhibit “History of Physical Culture”, receiving a silver medal and a special prize for the exhibit.
In 1972 - The first article in the All-Union magazine "Sporting Life of Russia" is published. In the same year, he takes part in the exhibition "Intertres-72", held in Germany, where he presents a new exhibit - "Sport in Art", which was marked by a jury and evaluated in a gilded medal.
It should also be noted that from 1972-79, a number of articles were published in such journals as: “Physical Culture and Sport”; "Soviet pop and circus"; "Sports life of Russia"; “USSR Philately”, and in all his life Vsevolod Naumovich wrote over four hundred of them!
In 1975. Become a member of the International Association of Philatelist Journalists. In parallel, he is a freelance journalist at the All-Union Society of Philatelists.
1978 For active work in the society of philatelists and popularization of philately, by the resolution of the Board of the Ukrainian SSR VOF, protocol number 39 V. Furman was awarded the sign and certificate - “VOF activist”
In 1979 p. FIS Publishers published his first book "Olympic Philately", which received a diploma from the organizing committee of the Olympics-80.
1989 - Seeing the horrific picture of what is happening in the country, the absence of any support and action from the City Administration, decides to run for deputy. In 1990 he received the mandate of the deputy of the Odessa City Council of People's Deputies.

In 1997, the long and hard work of independent work in the jury, as well as the experience gained from fruitful cooperation with international colleagues, finally brings him official status as a member of the board of philatelic jury of the international category.
2000 - As the National Commissioner of Ukraine and an active propagandist of philately in all its manifestations, he is elected chairman of the Odessa Regional Society of Philatelists.
in 2001 - in the Greek society of Odessa, the presentation of the bilingual book “The Golden Age” took place. The book, which included tremendous fundamental knowledge and materials, immediately became a masterpiece in the entire philatelic (thematic) world. 2002 - Thanks to the fruitful and close cooperation of the Odessa Directorate of the United State Directorate for the Urological Public Relations Department “Ukrpochta” and AsFU, the National Exhibition, headed by V.N. Furman, is held at a high level in the city
2003 After the declaration of independence of Ukraine, Vsevolod Naumovich, in parallel with the Olympic philately, begins to actively collect and explore the history of the postal service of Ukraine. Another interesting and fascinating is not fully studied layer of the history of postal Ukraine. The interest in the history of the post so overwhelmed Vsevolod Naumovich that ousted other philatelic aspirations. The knowledge gained by him, is poured into a large number of articles in various publications such as: “Ukrainian Philately”, “Postal Herald”, etc., and in 2003 another book (monograph) under his authorship - “National Standard Postage Stamps of Ukraine” was published.
2005-08 Active participation in fil. movement and popularization of philately in all its manifestations.
2009 - After the death of the President of the Association of Philatelists of Ukraine (AsFU) Bechter, the situation in AsFU became worse and worse every day. A number of former vice-chairmen could not cope with the powers assigned to them ... Vsevolod Naumovich, seeing such a situation, was forced to intervene in it. Having behind him an enormous experience of a leader, having assumed obligations to become the executor of the duties of AsFU, and in 2012 at the next congress, he was elected President of the Association.
2011 “Thanks to the efforts made by Vsevolod Naumovich, as well as with the support of the Odessa Directorate of Ukrposhta and its administration, the most important exhibition in the history of Ukraine was held - the XII National Philatelic Exhibition Ukrfileksp`2011.” This exhibition will go down forever in the history of Ukrainian philately, as the most ambitious and interesting. For the first time in the history of Ukrainian philatelic exhibitions with a new regulation, an “honorable class” was presented and prizes were founded in memory of veterans of the philatelic movement named: Ilya Frenkel, Vera Povstanyuk, Oleg Tsitkov.
2012 In August, from August 10-15, the opening of the 13th National Philatelic Exhibition “UkrfilExp'2012” took place in Odessa. This year the exhibition is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the modern domestic markoizdaniya and the 125th anniversary of the Odessa Society of Philatelists.
2013 - In the Odessa National Academy of Communications "House of Communications" May 31, V.N. Furman presents a new book (first volume) "Essays on the history of mail in the lands of modern Ukraine" this book suggested four volumes.
12.15.2013 - To our general regret, suddenly at 4:30 in the morning, the heart of Vsevolod Naumovich Furman stopped. Purposeful person who still had a lot of unfinished projects, as well as far-reaching plans ahead, which was never destined to take place. But with his willpower, dedication and achievements, he proved to many how much one can achieve and succeed in this life:
